Alrighty, I'm so new too all of this! I have been struggling with weight for 6 yrs now after I had my first daughter and now I am trying very hard to get this thing taken care of.
I hate looking at myself in the mirror and I wish I could get back to what I was before babies, and then I think woah selfish. But I don't feel comfortable, I feel ashamed I allowed myself to get so chunky. 30 lbs needs to go.
I want it to be easy, fast, and I want the fat to melt alway. Daydreamer

My biggest problem is cooking what my kids eat cause they are so picky. So I've tried to make my food in advance but it's successful for like a week

That's the right idea. In that situation you have to be prepared cause you don't wanna have to cook 2 separate meals every time you guys eat. Cool your meals up on Sunday this way you can calculate you macros and such... Also learning where you can pickup or order a quick meal on the go is also helpful. Keep snacks such as shakes, bars, nuts, etc for those times you don't have food...
