Dominoes Pizza with cheese crust, topped with every meat you can think of and 5 bbq saurces.

Been to gym so my appetite is decimated

Feeling pretty satisfied right now, had two croissants, a pear and grapes, cheddar Pringles and an ice cream sandwich. I've been wanting tacos, though, so having chicken ones tonight.

Today has been about flavored water. I've gone from berry to kiwi strawberry to cherry and I'm now decimating the peach. I dunno WTH is going on.

I've had my chocolate 'fix' tonight [all 12.5 grams of it] and it has stopped me wanting to eat any more sweet things. I do hanker after cheese though. The low fat versions are horrible, like eating tasteless rubber - I want proper cheeses, all different kinds on lovely crackers. I think cheese is going to be my major Christmas treat. I just hope I can not do too much damage!!!0

This is different from an actual craving, like what I used to have for booze, and for food. If I get sufficient exercise, stress management, sleep, and protein in relationship to carbs, I don't have food cravings.0 -

I wouldn't call it a craving... I guess I always have had a hard time understanding what people meant by a craving, like a feeling they couldn't replace with any other food. I don't think I get those... I get a "hankering for..." a food item and I would really enjoy it but I'm probably still going to put off whatever it is until next shopping day or what have you.
Today I have a hankering for pizza. My partner is making burgers for dinner. Maybe I will have mine sans bun with some pizza sauce0 -

Murder. All the food. Just started my ToM after a very odd 51-day cycle and I haven't felt this stabby or munchy in forever. It's a good thing I don't have anything to binge on in the house. And that I'm too lazy at the moment to grab a knife.0
