    dude not hating or anything but there are people on here, lifters male and female who've been in this game 5-10+ years. After 2 years of training i thought i knew everything, i really didnt :p. going on 7 years now, still learning new things daily.

    Oh, why didn't you say so?! Okay, so here's another issue:

    My bench max is like 465 when I only go down about 6 inches and press it back out. If I touch my chest and pause, it's only 335 though. I'm thinking, when will I ever need to press something completely off of my chest, the first scenario is more likely, right? So when asked, I tell people that my 1RM is 465. Thoughts?

    again thats bad for your elbow bruh, by only going down 6 inches you're thinking about the longevity of your elbows and shoulders ....na wha um sayin?

    By the way i cant squat because of my knee's but i load the the leg press up 6 plates a side and put dat *kitten* on instagram .... #muscleguy#instafit#quadsofwar

    I put 10 on, take the picture, then drop it down to 4 and do mini-reps to save my knees. I'd like a second opinion though. @Eckobam19
