Hi, I'm 5'2" and 120lbs, still trying to undershoot maintenance to gradually lose a couple more lbs. I eat above my bmr of about 1350 and closer to what my fitbit calculates as my tdee calorie burn, usually 400 calories more than that.

Hi, I'm 5'2 and currently 107 pounds. I aim for 108 and generally sit at 107.5. I fluctuate a bit and just adjust my calories accordingly. It seems that petite women only get a small amount back when they go on maintenance. I went from 1200 to 1230, but like I said, If my weight drops a bit I just increase my calories and that usually balances it out.

    Hi there!
    I am 5'1 and weight 100 lbs
When I dont workout my calorie goal is 1300-1500.
On days when I work out just cardio I eat around 1780/1800 calories.
Then in days with cardio+ sports, weights or vigorous activity I eat about 2000 calories :)

5'1" Sedentary job but workout 7days a week doing Hiit and Strength training. Trying to see if tracking at 1800-2100 calories per day will keep me at this happy weight 101# and away from as much "junk food" as possible. Ideally I am working towards portion control and clean-ish eating.

I'm 5ft 1 1/2, doc found the extra half inch at a recent routine appointment lol, anyway I currently weigh 108, think of myself as sedentary but possibly lightly active and maintain best at about 1500 ish, I can maintain on 1400 if I am having a very inactive week.

I got sick recently, dropped to about 12-1300 through no choice of my own and lost 1.8 pounds in a week, I really don't want to lose more weight and my doc has advised me not to but I am not 100% well yet so am less active and maintaining on 1400, when I get better and am out and about more again I will increase to 1500 like before.

I'm 5'2'' 120lbs and 22 years old. I started off at about 110lbs but I wanted to build muscle so I gained some weight and I've been maintaining for a while now. I've been thinking about eating at a deficit to lose some fat. I maintain at about 1,750-2,000 calories. I workout 4 or 5 times a week. I do weight training and some cardio.

Depends on how fast you want to lose it. Cut by 500 a day to lose one pound a week. Or go less aggressive and cut 250-300 a day.

I'm 5'2" and weigh 107 these days. I maintain on 1800-2000 depending on workouts. I usually get in at least 15K steps per day not including cardio (walking).
  • Hi there, barely 5'2" here. Maintaining a weight of 109-111 lbs at an average of about 1900-2100 calories daily ( though, I look at weekly averages so daily intake is anywhere between 1600-2500 gross).

5'1.5", I maintain between 113-115 on around 1900 calories, but up to 2100 if I'm mountain biking a lot in the summer.. I am 47 and have a desk job, but I work out 4x per week (TRX, kettlebell, pilates) and also mountain bike 2-3x week. This time of year I xc ski instead of mountain biking.

I gained a few lbs. over the holidays (because I like to bake) and I diet at 1400-1500 calories.

If you're doing cardio, you should be eating them back so you maintain. Otherwise you're still at a deficit.

I'm 5'3", 141-143 lbs started at maintenance about a month ago at 145 lbs, maintainenance is 1900 but I'm still losing some (0.5 lb/wk ish) so far due to not usually getting to 1900 calories . Over the course of the week there's still enough of a deficit to see a small loss. If I burn 600 calories on a run that would mean I'd need to eat 2500 cals and I can't bring myself to do that although slowly I'm eating more. I've been getting really close or up to the 1900 cals on non_exercise days. Due to work schedule I only run 3 days per week. Strength training is also very important though although I'm not interesting in anymore gains, just staying toned.

I'm 40 and run everyday. I also do at least 3 days a week of strength training with Body Pump.
