    I also found it very hard to lose after I got in the 170's. But it IS possible to keep losing. When I get "stuck" I change my way of eating a little bit. I take a break from "hard core" dieting for a couple of days. Then I kick into gear and do double workouts. This gets my body into fat buring mode again. This is what works for ME. Trying changing something. Good luck!
