im am going to loose a *kitten* ton of weight. By a *kitten* ton i mean 15 pounds. Aimimg for a pound and a half a week. Lets get it.

bud do yourself a favor, you have great foundation and good muscle mass....lose it slower .5lb a week sure it will take longer but you will eat more and you will retain more mass and in the end look much better. Dont rush it your not in bad shape and you want to preserve the mass you worked hard to build man0

I started leaning out and lost 15 ponds then started a bulk and gained 15 back in mostly muscle but my belly grew too. So back on a lean now.0
