Scale not moving

I lost 4 lbs the first week of my diet. I'm ending the second week and the scale hasn't moved all week. I'm glad that I'm not gaining but does this mean I need to cut more calories? I'm feeling frustrated

Sometimes that can happen. Are you tracking every day ? Try it another week. You might be surprised if you drop several pounds.0

That's not how weight loss works
Keep going for 6-8 weeks and average your loss over that time
Day to day and week to week will drive you mad because weight loss isn't linear

Op, are you using a food scale to weigh everything?0

Thanks, I definitely thought weight loss is linear, it said lose 1-2 lbs a week so that's what I expected! But now I know that's not realistic0
