THIS WEEK: I had a really good week this week. I re-committed to weighing and measuring everything I eat as accurately as I can. I am focusing on lifting weights 3 times a week, doing cardio 3 times a week and completing a 30 day ab challenge.
This was the first week since I went off my blood pressure medicine that I really feel 100%!
I hope you all are doing well and I hope you are excited about your progress so far. We are almost to the end of our challenged!

THIS WEEK: I had a good week this week focusing on weight lifting, a 30 Day Ab Challenge, and I took a 7.5 mile walk just for fun. I have done a good job meeting my calorie goals also.

I am going to change my weight goal just because I have not been working out and I know if I work out I would lose more weight and I could have eventually hit my original goal weight but I have been lazy especially with the weather being cold i don't want to go anywhere when I come home from work0 -

LAST WEEK! I started Saturday and Sunday a little bit loosey goosey, but then i pulled it together and had really good week. I weighed and measured very carefully and stayed just under my calorie goals.
THIS WEEK: I am planning to stay exactly on my program until dinner on Christmas Eve with careful weights and measures, at least 1 hour of exercise per day and staying under my calorie limit. Then I will relax for the holiday weekend, but I don't intend to go crazy, just eat some special stuff and enjoy my family to the fullest.
