I decided enough was enough after being heavy since I can remember. I started eating grilled chicken and other high protein goods in small portions very frequently throughout the day. Some people on here are doubting the way I lost the weight but I am comfortably with where I am and don't see an issue. I haven't worked out a bit through this journey.

I was doing no carbs, 1200 calories of mainly protein foods (chicken, turkey, most meats) daily. Some people say it's unhealthy but I feel great and got the results I always dreamed of. My highest loss in a week was 4 lbs. usually it was 2 lbs a week.

IMHO, you didn't look bad prior. And for not working out, you got a nice shape. Good job and good luck on the rest of your journey.

Thank you. I've been heavier since a young age and had enough of it.
