Weigh in Day

Today is my weigh in day and my question is. When do you weigh yourself if you worked out?
Do you weigh yourself later in the day to regain lost water weight or right after your workout?

    For me, it's first thing in the morning, every morning. Pick a time and stick with that time. If it's after exercise then so be it.

    I weigh myself as soon as I get up every single day.

    I weigh in every single day first thing in the morning (after I pee)! But I only consider my Wednesday weight my "official" one.

    In the morning, naked, after I go to the bathroom.

    Like the other posters, I weigh myself as soon as I wake up! Before any food, drink, exercise, etc.

    Yup, first thing, nekkid after using the toilet. It's really the only 'constant' time for me to weigh. Any other time, I'll have food and drinks in me and the weight will be whacky.
