Hey! I need to looose weight.....you need to loose weight. But our friends are not helping. Do they entice you with sugary snack in the middle of the night to sabotage your progress? Need someone to tell you "don't...i believe in you". Yes, some might have strong willpower but we are not them. So lets be friends. Lets take this healthy journey together.
