Calories burned on treadmill?

Hey guys so I am pregnant going onto my 10th week and I go on my treadmill daily at 3 mph at 10% incline for 95 minutes. I am 5'9 23 yrs old and 145 lbs. My doctor told me to eat at least 1800 calories plus what I burn, but I looked at treadmill calorie calculators and it says I burn 800 calories on the treadmill, is that right? I just don't want to starve the baby =/

Not sure why you need to burn so many calories while pregnant?0

Heart rate is irrelevant. Aerobic intensity/VO2/calorie burn based on workload, not HR.
OP: the numbers are reasonably accurate, but ONLY if you are walking with NO handrail support. If you are touching the handrails, then calories are overestimated by 10%-40%.

95 mins is way too much! Cut that down to 20 mins. You'll be good.0

I mean I get tired but I always thought I only burned 400 calories! Lol thank you!0 -
900 in about 1 1/5 hour equates to 600 kcal an hour, which sounds a little much but I guess with the incline it might be?
