Yeah, limiting rather than removing and digestible carbohydrate as the focus.

Do any of you have a cheat day to reboot your metabolism?

You cannot reboot your metabolism. It isn't a laptop. ;)

Nope. I have the odd day off plan due to a celebration or other circumstances. My metabolism still works if you're reading this ;-)

No. I don't want to slip out of ketosis and have to work my way back into that state.
There has been some discussion about a carb binge to spike a workout but a better approach is to eat something higher in fat, like avocado as a pre-workout.

Cheat day - NO! - Its not like calories where you can binge and compensate by lowering the input for the next few days.

Yes and love it!! Didn't eat lunch today because I didn't have time to make lunch AND forgot my wallet at home...and it's after 6 pm, but I'm NOT starving and actually have energy. Going to eat dinner soon though. :)

I find that a cheat day helps with heavier workouts as it fills my glycogen stores. I dont necessarily have a cheat meal once a week but rather when im losing strength consistently in the gym it helps.
