I love this and make them quite often during the summer. I think they are just as tasty as McDonalds.....
1 1/2 C ice cubes
1/2 C lowfat chocolate milk
2 TBSP liquid fat-free french vanilla coffee creamer
4 packets of splenda
1 tsp instant coffee granules (I use decaf)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. You can top it with coolwhip of your choice, but I like it just as well without. It's 137 calories/28 carbs/1 fat/5 protein per serving. This recipe makes 1 serving.
