Reverted to my healthy habits learned through this year- cut back on the extra cups of coffee with fixins, extra sweets, and focused on eating foods that nourish and sustain me- cravings are gone! I spent the weekend baking gifts for Christmas and didn't feel tempted to indulge! It helped to know I had to report to you all, so a big thanks!!

I struggled this week getting my workouts in, as it is just such a busy time of the year for me, but I did really well logging all my food intakes on the app.0 -
