Monday was Holiday Luncheon at work, didn't do horrible so I can't complain but I didn't drink all my water. My struggle this week will be three more luncheons and a weekend out with friends. My goal this week is to stay steady and not gain any weight. We shall see.0 -

Reverted to my healthy habits learned through this year- cut back on the extra cups of coffee with fixins, extra sweets, and focused on eating foods that nourish and sustain me- cravings are gone! I spent the weekend baking gifts for Christmas and didn't feel tempted to indulge! It helped to know I had to report to you all, so a big thanks!!

This week I purposely didn't step on the scale AT ALL, which is a pretty big accomplishment for me, as I am a normal morning weigher. I struggled this week getting my workouts in, as it is just such a busy time of the year for me, but I did really well logging all my food intakes on the app.0 -
