Once again, my motivation is fashion. Clothes tend to look better on thinner people. I don't want to look like a model but I do want to look like a fashionable girl.0

My motivation today is I want to prove to myself that I can go with out munching on food in the evening. I do great all day and then spoil everything by munching out in the evening. I have got to stop that, so my goal is that I am not going to eat anything after 5 PM for the next week. Hopefully this will help curve my evening appetite.0

There is a thread for beating the late night munchies here somewhere. I did the challenge for a month last June, and I really did kick the habit. I can't remember the title of it, maybe someone else will post the link for you.0 -
Well, the day is over so my motivation for tomorrow is the staff Christmas party I have... I was good today so I've got to keep up the streak.0

today, my motivation is: i have a massage booked for 12/22...... do i REALLY want to eat that knowing i'll soon be disrobing in front of a stranger? i know she's a professional, but still.... yikes.My motivation today is I want to prove to myself that I can go with out munching on food in the evening. Whoops, it's me again... today my motivation is that last night I was able to zip up my one pair of Bill Blass jeans, size 8. I can't sit down in them, but they zip! I'm gonna try actually wearing them when I drop seven more pounds and make it to 150.0
