How many lbs do you have to lose before seeing a difference in your body measurements? I've only lost 7lbs so far and well I was just wondering when I'll be able to see a difference.

    I never took body measurements but now that I have lost weight I wish I would have. From the posts I've read on here, it seems that it is different for everyone.

    I usually measure once a month. (Of course I'll peek every now and then but I only record it once a month.)

    I would say you won't see a difference until you have lost 10-12 lbs at least. Sometimes it is more but other people will notice before you yourself do.
