What to do with ground chicken?

Chili?

My husband cooks it up, and mixes it with La Zuppa's Thai Coconut Curry Soup (http://www.lazuppa.com.au/la-zuppa/pouches/thai-coconut-curry-soup), rice, and a pile of steamed veggies of various sorts. The whole thing is served up in a bowl, and it is delicious!!

I make nuggets - 1lb ground chicken mixed with 2 shredded zucchini or squash with all of the water squeezed out. Mix with an egg and seasoning and bread. Bake on a rack at 425 for about 18 mins. We flash freeze so I have them in the freezer all the time.

Asian meatballs are really good too. Skinnytaste has an awesome recipe, but I add 1T honey to the dipping sauce.

Many things could be done with it. Shepherd pie, chicken meatloaf, burger, moussaka, lasagna, chili, pretty much anything where ground meat would be appropriate.

Cheapest way to make gluten free breadcrumbs. I don't always blend it 100% or it ends up too fine.

I was going to suggest meatballs too. Made some ground turkey meatballs as a side on Thanksgiving.

I make chicken parm meatballs with ground chicken. They're delicious and either eat them alone or on a hoagie sandwich. I also make buffalo chicken burgers with it as well. Chicken spaghetti is very yummy just season the meat with Italian seasonings!!
