What did u have for lunch? My lunch stats: 303 calories. 11 g carbs. 12g of fat

    Rice. 2 cups. Organic chicken breast 2.4 oz. Organic chicken thigh 2.25 ounces. 720 calories. 98g carbs. 14g fat. 47g of Protein

    Sounds like my dinners but in smaller scales! What's ur calorie intake? That will wipe out half of my day

    not much actually lol only around 1850-1990 depending on how hard I workout - still cutting. I just consume majority of my calories (especially carbs) few hours prior to my workouts for fuel :)
