Wouldn't you just click on the video to see the workout?

Am I misunderstanding your question? I thought you wanted to know how to get to the workout. It looks like you have the link to it.

I meant on this site? Are there any exercise workouts on this site or do they just email them to you? I just thought I could find a bunch of exercise workouts on My Fitness Pal like they have on Sparkpeople.

click on the link,at the bottom of the screen it says youtube. click on that and it will take you to youtube and their youtube page. to watch it there. or you can go to their page that has other workout videos
