My biggest help this week has been the encouragement and advice from my new MFP friends. They have helped me get through a couple of work parties without backtracking.

Week 1: I was surprised by the unexpected weight loss but certainly not complaining. I have been doing a lot of walking so that helps no doubt. Christmas festivities ahead so that will likely take a weight toll too upward so it's good to have a few lbs banked I guess. Also, light is at the end of the tunnel for the top end of my goal weight. Nice present for myself if I get there.
Week 2: Bummer week on the weight gain but no surprise. Company all week took its toll. Will have to hit it extra hard this week. This will be tough month for losing weight for sure.

Successes/struggles this week: While I still lost, I know I could have done much more. I didn't push myself as hard on the treadmill, didn't drink enough water, and I gave in to food cravings way too much. This week is shaping up to be even worse. I'm showing steady on the scale, only fluctuating a few tenths of a pound, but I know it's leading me toward a gain for next week if I keep it up. With Christmas dinners right around the corner, I can't afford to slip up for another whole week.0 -

Successes/struggles week 1: The biggest struggle for me was eatin. I've spent all of last week gradually cutting out junk food from my diet and this week i realized i really didn't have much else to eat. I averaged 850cal a day, which is BAD i know and probably why i didn't lose much this week. The fact that i wasn't hungry didn't help (the cold make me forget the hunger ._. ) I'm trying to eat more this week.
Successes/struggles this week: I'm honestly surprised that i lost anything this week. I ate a lot, tried to stay healthy by i still gave in a lot of cravings. Was a really stressful week (midterms) and snacked a lot (tried to keep it with healthy snacks, mainly fruits and crude vegetables). I did workout so maybe that was it. This week is shaping up to be worse tho; i'm really afraid of a gain0 -
