    Successes/struggles this week: My struggles were not getting enough exercise in this week. I’m trying to create a “No Excuses” zone around me, but I’m still struggling with making excuses for not doing the things I know I’m supposed to do.

    My biggest help this week has been the encouragement and advice from my new MFP friends. They have helped me get through a couple of work parties without backtracking. :)

    Week 1: I was surprised by the unexpected weight loss but certainly not complaining. I have been doing a lot of walking so that helps no doubt. Christmas festivities ahead so that will likely take a weight toll too upward so it's good to have a few lbs banked I guess. Also, light is at the end of the tunnel for the top end of my goal weight. Nice present for myself if I get there.

    Week 2: Bummer week on the weight gain but no surprise. Company all week took its toll. Will have to hit it extra hard this week. This will be tough month for losing weight for sure.

    Successes/struggles this week: While I still lost, I know I could have done much more. I didn't push myself as hard on the treadmill, didn't drink enough water, and I gave in to food cravings way too much. This week is shaping up to be even worse. I'm showing steady on the scale, only fluctuating a few tenths of a pound, but I know it's leading me toward a gain for next week if I keep it up. With Christmas dinners right around the corner, I can't afford to slip up for another whole week.

    Successes/struggles week 1: The biggest struggle for me was eatin. I've spent all of last week gradually cutting out junk food from my diet and this week i realized i really didn't have much else to eat. I averaged 850cal a day, which is BAD i know and probably why i didn't lose much this week. The fact that i wasn't hungry didn't help (the cold make me forget the hunger ._. ) I'm trying to eat more this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm honestly surprised that i lost anything this week. I ate a lot, tried to stay healthy by i still gave in a lot of cravings. Was a really stressful week (midterms) and snacked a lot (tried to keep it with healthy snacks, mainly fruits and crude vegetables). I did workout so maybe that was it. This week is shaping up to be worse tho; i'm really afraid of a gain D:

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 1. I gained .8 pounds. I exercised 6 days out of 7 and I was under my calorie goal + calories burned every day except 2 days and not over by more than 160 calories either day. So I honestly don’t know what happened. It has got to be TOM, but this has never dragged on for 2 weeks. I’m starting to get very discouraged. I’ve passed up tons of holiday party foods with not results. This is just the kind of thing that throws me into gorging. I’m going to try as hard as I did last week, next week, but if I’m not down by at least 3 pounds, I’m throwing in the towel and enjoying the holidays.

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 2: Ok I’m not down 3 pounds, but I am down .2. Yippee! NOT! Can’t give up, especially now. If I give up now I’ll gain 10 pounds over the next two weeks alone. Stay focused… that’s my goal.

    Successes/struggles this week: The week started good. Wednesday is when things started to go bad. I woke up my right ear felt off. Still went to the gym. Thursday my ear was really plugged but I went to the gym. I should have not gone. Friday symptoms the same. I went to a walk in clinic, they said it was ear wax build up. So I took the ear wax removal. Saturday they used an ear syringe. Found out it was the ear bud cushion that was dislodged deep in the ear canal. It was not ear wax.

    Saturday also started to sneeze, and have runny nose. This morning I have a mild cold :(
    I am hoping I can shake this cold off by Wednesday.

    I also did not have time to go the gym Friday, Saturday because of balance was off.
    Now that i am sick, do to the cold weather, I am not sure when I will make my return to the gym.
