That is an unrealistic and unhealthy goal unless you are morbidly obese, and even then...
Why not just start in a way that you is sustainable, and learn about healthy, normal eating along the way? that way you will learn the habits that will help you in maintenance. Crash dieting leads to yo-yoing.
