Hello everyone. I've just joined MFP today. I was on fatsecret but the app kept crashing. Is there anyone in the 20st+ or used to be. I would really like to receive encouragement and to give encouragement to. And any meal ideas would be great too. One of my problems was i used to think that i wanted to lose X amount of weight in X amount time. Now i want to keep a exercise routine forever. I've started body combat and attack and kettle bells. i hate attack but I have to do it for me. For my health. Yes im the biggest one in the class but i just dont care, i need to excercise. I need to sweat. Some of the ladies in the class are 50yrs+ and I really admire them. Im going to do netball in the new year and id love to run. I see runners and id love to do it to. For years I've put myself last and I've had enough of not feeling good about my weight. Ive also noticed that my depression is melting away. Anyhoo feel free to add me or post on here x

    Just to say hello from the UK too, I was on fatsecret for a bit but not much going on then. It sounds like you've got all the right ideas to make this work for you, so good luck and add me if you want.

    Wondering how much weight I'll gain over the next two weeks! :) What'll you do, count calories or have a break for Christmas then start again?

    I am new too,bought new kitchen scales today and new bathroom scales to help with more accuracy.Also started Body Combat and Body Pump classes,19 stone plus this time last year now 17 stone 4, so welcome

    Same here. I'll indulge a bit but not to much. I thinks it's when other people say "oh go on its chritmas!!" And all you can think nooooo keep the chocolate away
