Anyone have a favorite exercise? I seem to be gravitating to weight lifting circuits I find on youtube.

    I love anything involving dumbbells, the heavier the better.

    Jogging. I have a treadmill at home and gym membership and find I enjoy my jogs the most.

    Burpees!!! HIIT style, 60 sec warm-up, 10 sets @ 20 sec with 10 sec rests in between sets and a 60 sec cool-down/stretch.

    Zumba dvds and any circuit that includes: squats, dead-lifts, shoulder press, & rows.

    Whatever my programmer gives me. Even when he includes moves that I hate, it's to make be stronger and better and therefore I suck it up and do it.
