Total weekly estimate???

Calculating from June 6 through June 13 total calories consumed 11278 total calories burned 23614 this includes normal daily activity plus exercise. That make a deficit of 12336. So that should be about 3.5lbs lost for this week. I have not weighed myself yet will do it tm morning. Dose that sound about right or do i have the math wrong?

    How does the whole calculations work? Like calories per pound and what not?

    I know that 3500 cals burned = 1lb loss so I divide my deficit by 3500 and that should give me how many lbs lost. I think???
