I'm a dope! I changed my calories burned to what I'm supposed to have to eat on mfp, someone pointed out that this should be higher/what fitbit had it set to when I set it up but I can't remember what that was. Any ideas?
I'm 32, 5'9 and weigh 217lbs but don't know how to figure out what the circled part should be :-( any help would be greatly appreciated

You manually changed your calories in fitbit?? didn't even know that was possible..
There is a fitbit group on here, lots of very knowledgeable folk over there..
Have you tried going into Fitbit settings and resetting to what they had you at when you first input your stats?

That circled part is your total burn for the day currently. If you mean your goal, I just add however much my deficit in MFP is to what I should be eating (250 calories for every half pound you choose).

The fitbit calculates both calories burned from exercise and your BMR.
