Keeping things relevent my first heavy leg day yesterday after 2 previous light and moderate workouts over the last week and a half as a beginner. *kitten* to the grass with emphasize on form. I could barley walk up the stairs last night! Brings back memories of the dungeon weight room at the YMCA 30 years ago ;-)

Thanks rstewart. The number one exercise for gains so they say? Hoping it will bump up my testosterone levels a little too? I'm not a spring chicken anymore ;-) This should be interesting as I had my yearly physical 2 weeks ago and had testosterone
level blood work done. See what a re-test brings in 6 months.
