Hello,
I have been too comfortable at my current weight (200lbs), and would like to lose 5lbs to push me in the 190's. Who will like to take this journey with me? The final weight in day will be July 10, 2011; with weekly check in for support and encourage.

Great work! 10 miles is awesome!!!
Week 1 has been good. I workout a lot and it felt great. I lost 2 pounds although I went over my calories some days (it's been really hot around here and I've been falling for lots of rose wine on the terrasse). But the most important : I felt really good about myself so I guess it's a small NSV!

Hello All,
I am still 200lbs, but I am still hopeful. Part of me wants to blame my menstrual cycle, lol. I burned 1300 calories last week, and hope to burn 2000 calories this week. My eating habits were not the best last week, but I hope that all changes this week.0 -

last week was gr8, lots of hard work..... unfortunately i did not make it to 5,000 cal burns (175) short but i gave it my best shot. IDK if i loss any w8 bc i had join this challenge b4 this not to use the scale until 6/30 so i gotta keep my word. I am doing everything within my power to keep moving, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park my car far away from the stores that i have to go, watch what i eat & drink lots of water. This week is kinda stressful bc exam on 6/30 so i'm focusing on the books. However, I will be hitting the gym everyday this week (boot camp) 2x this week. good luck to every1.0 -

goood morn every1, how is it going? weigh in will be this 7/1 for me .... i hope to have lost some lbs. still going to bootcamp 2x week and doing the treadmill 4-5 days a week. I am coming to the end of my phase1 of the 17 day diet and will start phase2. we have 2 more weeks, keep moving guys:flowerforyou:0

Hello, I have noticed some great progress from the group. that's totally awesome. I have lost 1 pound, although I hoped to lose 3 by now. My eating habits have been quite challenging. However, I do not feel despair for we have two more weeks. Keep up the good work ladies:)0

4 days before the final weight-in! How are you guys doing? I had some difficult days since I went out on vacations and got sick but I feel I'm back on track, though I don't think I'll meet my original goal.

my w8 loss is not showing on the scale but i can see the difference in my clothes..... but i'm not giving up:bigsmile:0

Today was my official weigh in day and I weighed in at 149.2!! Thats a 7.4 lb loss since starting this challenge. Now lets see if I can hold it until the 10th Everyone have a great day!0
