You look FAB! Was wondering if you could tell me what the 30-day shred is??...And also, any hints you can give me on helping with shin splints??

Thank you so much!! The 30 Day Shred is a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels. It's a 20 minute workout using 3 circuits of strength cardio and abs. It's a great, intense workout and people have achieved great results from it!
For my shin splints I've cut down running to 2 or 3x a week, ice right after, and use an ACE bandage to wrap after - both promotes blood flow and healing. Hope that helps!!0 -
