I'm on a 3 day food binge...help

I am screwing up sooo bad and I've done so well ; ( I've lost 50 since august, I go hard at the gym and am very meticulous/obsessive over my calories and the past 3 days I have literally said F the diet and am DELIBERATELY eating the worst things and in huge quantities. I have goals and dreams, but I'm effing this all up. Has anyone gone through this? My husband has been on this path of self destruction for the past 2 months and I've been doin my own thing and all of a sudden,,, I'm messing up

It's only a few days. Log them and move on. Today/Tomorrow is a new day. 3 days off the diet isn't going to ruin you, but you just have to be strong and go back to doing what you were doing. It only takes one day to get back in the swing of things and feeling good about what you eat and yourself. You can do this. You can't change what you've eaten the past 3 days, but you can control what you eat today going forward.. look at it that way.0

Log everything, even as you're shoveling it in, log it. Remind yourself that every calorie you consume counts.
Whenever I've done the whole "F the diet"-thing, I always falsely assumed that the worst case scenario was I'd stay the same weight. Logging is a good way to know what the best and worst case scenario's of your consumption habits really are.
Also, are you being too restrictive at all? To lose you just need to eat less calories than maintenance, and as long as you're doing that to some extent, you're not screwing yourself, you're still in weight loss mode. If an ambitious deficit is getting too much for you, shoot for a less ambitious deficit for the time being.

Agree with above, it ain't over. Most important when you f up is not to think it's all over. I know that's what I've needed when I've fallen off the wagon, is someone to convince me of that. Also your husbands choices might be subconsciously affecting you, but you don't have to go down the same path. You can do this! And with the anxiety, I've had that badly too, but so much better when I'm off sugar and dairy, at least I think it's that. It could be blood sugar related - I take chromium supplements sometimes which seem to help. I'd forgotten them sitting in my cupboard and had had tarrible bread cravings until I was reminded of them. They seem to work pretty fast on the physical craving.
If it helps, last night after an hour on the Exercycle and posting my very first post here I went and crammed all the leftover (homemade) pizza my kids had abandoned and I'd been avoiding all day. Meh, here I am again today, on my bike, literally and figuratively0 -
That happened to me last week. Three days of candy and cookie eating hell. Then I just decided "enough"! Especially when MFP told me that if I kept eating that amount of calories (I logged it all) I'd be at my starting weight in 5 weeks! After 6 months of counting and losing. Wow. So, I upped my exercise to burn some excess, and ate a whole bunch less, just to get back to within a pound of where I was last month.0

What kinds of things renews your motivation? I benefit from reading weight loss success stories, or re-reading passages in diet books I've liked. That can help me get back on track. A really great work out can get me fired up. What works for you? Do that.0

Stop it now! I have made some Food listings that say, "Snack added later" depending on calories. "Special Occasion" Don't abuse the calories. Meal not to be counted. "Stop in Now!!! UNCONTROLLED SNACKING!!!"
"Leftovers" To be counted later. "Watch Your Calories!" Eat light! "Start Again Tomorrow!" Blew Calories! At anytime, some of these listings will show up in my food log. If I can see something, maybe it will register in my brain to stop the insanity of eating too much!0 -
