So years later from my last post and im still having trouble losing inches around my stomach. At my belly button im about 32.5 inches to 33 inches. I believe my waist is 28 inches as well. Im only 5'4 and about 110 pounds. Im xsmall in shirts and size 0 to a 1 in jeans, but i dont understand why i cant get my belly down to 30 inches. Ive been running 4x a week and I have cut out all bread, pasta, rice, oatmeal, fast food etc. I basically eat protein, yogurt, veggies, and fruit and im at 1200 cals a day. I feel less bloated, but i thought my stomach would be shrinking fast? anyone else have a similar body type? or any tips on how to get it down?

Try Ab target toning exercises! P90X or Tae Bo ripped core are excellent. The tighter the muscle the tighter the tummy. Cardio will only get you so far. Now you need to target sculpt!0

I am confused
If you are a size 0-1 surely that is an incredibly small size and your measurements, in order to,fit in such a small size are incredibly small?
That said to make your stomach taut and tight you could follow a progressive compound lifting programme ...heavy weights squats, deadlifts, bench press, OHP

That strange thing is everything else on my body is super small, except for my stomach. I guess my stomach isnt "big" by any means, but since it carries almost all the fat on my body it looks bad in pro portion to my body. I have the dreaded muffin top when wearing a size 0, but if i wear a size 1 they sag0 -
Structured lifting and good posture
Where you carry fat is genetic, you cannot afford to drop any more weight so recomp0 -
In order to try to modify the shape of your body, lift. Keep in mind that genetics play a big role.
Wear clothes that suit your shape.
When you see any one who looks fantastic, they learned (or got help with) what clothes look good on their build. Sometimes they have a friendly seamstress / tailor who modifies off the rack items for them.
