    Struggles this week: TOM week: excessive cravings and feeling negative. It's been a miserable week! My favorite time of year has turned into my least. I feel like the Grinch.

    Well folks, I'm done for the month. I just don't see any positives the next 10 days continuing. This worrying and obsessive thinking about the holidays is getting tiring. It's time to get into the holiday spirit! I will still be logging and exercising but the scale is being put away until next year. See you all in the January Challenge!

    Successes/struggles week 1: The biggest struggle for me was eatin. I've spent all of last week gradually cutting out junk food from my diet and this week i realized i really didn't have much else to eat. I averaged 850cal a day, which is BAD i know and probably why i didn't lose much this week. The fact that i wasn't hungry didn't help (the cold make me forget the hunger ._. ) I'm trying to eat more this week.

    Successes/struggles week 2: I'm honestly surprised that i lost anything this week. I ate a lot, tried to stay healthy by i still gave in a lot of cravings. Was a really stressful week (midterms) and snacked a lot (tried to keep it with healthy snacks, mainly fruits and crude vegetables). I did workout so maybe that was it. This week is shaping up to be worse tho; i'm really afraid of a gain D:

    Successes/struggles this week (3): I DID IT! I'm at the weight i challenged my self to be by the end of December!!! Finally, after FIVE YEARS (That's the quarter of my age) of being overweight, i'm on the normal range of BMI!! I'm really happy!
    It's weird tho that i lost 4lbs this week seeing as it's a week I didn't work much in (if we compare with the other weeks). I didn't workout as hard ... I just hope i won't gain before the month is over, i really want to start the year with a normal BMI (:
