Getting started

Just getting started after 6 months or so not logging. Anyone else find this hard?

    I got off track over the summer. The first week back was tough and I wasn't really committed to it at the time, but I decided to just start logging again, everything, and accurately. That was 10 weeks ago. I have lost 20lbs. All you need to do is just get started. Make small changes, and remain persistent. Read some of the links at the top of the getting started and general weight loss boards entitled Most Helpful Posts. Specifically the ones about accurate logging. You can do it!
