Best Low Carb Dessert Tasted & Approved

So I know a lot of people are making Christmas a free day, but I plan on just giving myself a little extra. What's the best low carb Dessert that you have made? I'm leaning towards making a Low Carb Cookies & Cream Cheesecake.

Cheesecake works well. I use stevia to sweeten it, add extra eggs to firm it up a bit, and skip the crust. A slice of cake is just over 5g of carbs.
You could look up fat bombs. They are basically candies with very few carbs and are tasty.
If you don't mind a few carbs, baked goods made with coconut or almond flour are lower carb as long as you skip the sugars.0 -
