    This week was ok for me. Got workouts in for the most part. Stayed within my calories the days I was off. I'm still finding it a little hard to stay within my calories the days I work. Because I don't workout the nights I work staying within calories is hard for me and the food at the cafeteria at work doesn't help

    Successes/struggles this week:

    Week 1: I was surprised by the unexpected weight loss but certainly not complaining. I have been doing a lot of walking so that helps no doubt. Christmas festivities ahead so that will likely take a weight toll too upward so it's good to have a few lbs banked I guess. Also, light is at the end of the tunnel for the top end of my goal weight. Nice present for myself if I get there.

    Week 2: Bummer week on the weight gain but no surprise. Company all week took its toll. Will have to hit it extra hard this week. This will be tough month for losing weight for sure.

    Week 3: Bounced back this week with some extra exercise. Some more company coming in for the holidays so it will be difficult to keep the weight off. I did hit my goal weight for the month but it may be temporary. We'll see. Merry Christmas all!

    Successes/struggles this week: Down 2 pounds! It's been a little tough with all of the snacks at work. I've been logging everything and being accountable, but I'm actually looking forward to these holidays being over and getting some normalcy back. Started monthly so that doesn't help with self-control at all!
    I just finished up a team weight loss challenge and I came in second for most pounds and % of pounds lost during the challenge :smile: Gotta keep going in the right direction!

    Struggles/victories for the week: I was so sure I was going to show a weight loss this week...but nothing. Now, I'm going to have to be extra careful this coming (super difficult) week in order to get closer to my goal. On the positive side, I can feel the difference in inches. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: No surprise here. I've eaten over calories just about every day by hundreds, only got on the treadmill once, and really haven't cared. I'm going to blame the holiday stress. I feel like there's been so much to do and not enough time to do it. So meals have been whatever is most convenient. I'm going to try to get back on track this last week, even with 3 Christmas dinners coming up. I don't want to just give up because I had a bad week.

    Yesterday was a really good day. Got back into exercising (not just walking from shopping & errands). Was under my limit even without the exercise. I'm probably not going to hit my goal but I'm going to get close!!

    I was 10 calories over yesterday but I may have over estimated on a couple things, like the coconut oil. It doesn't like fitting in the measuring spoon! Lol! Still need to work on the exercise!! Merry Christmas all!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 1. I gained .8 pounds. I exercised 6 days out of 7 and I was under my calorie goal + calories burned every day except 2 days and not over by more than 160 calories either day. So I honestly don’t know what happened. It has got to be TOM, but this has never dragged on for 2 weeks. I’m starting to get very discouraged. I’ve passed up tons of holiday party foods with not results. This is just the kind of thing that throws me into gorging. I’m going to try as hard as I did last week, next week, but if I’m not down by at least 3 pounds, I’m throwing in the towel and enjoying the holidays.

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 2: Ok I’m not down 3 pounds, but I am down .2. Yippee! NOT! Can’t give up, especially now. If I give up now I’ll gain 10 pounds over the next two weeks alone. Stay focused… that’ my goal.

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 3: I’m up 3.4 for this month. Yesterday I weighted 171.6; today I’m 175.6, that’s 4 pounds in one day. I know at least 3 of that will go away if I just drink plenty of water today and not overdo the alcohol and food like yesterday. Had a great Christmas and I am not mad about the pounds. It’s once a year. I applaud everyone that signed up for the Challenge during the Christmas Season. Atta-boys to us all!

    I should have stayed with the Tuesday weigh-in ( I looked fabulous BEFORE Christmas) instead of the Saturday weigh-in (the day AFTER Christmas) HA!

    Successes/struggles this week: didn't weigh myself last week after being so disappointed and tempted to give up until after the new year. Stuck with it (and had the stomach flu on Xmas eve!) And I'm happy I did. I limited the sweets, putting them back on the plate a couple times after mindlessly picking them up. Working on being mindful of my mood and how it relates to my eating habits.     I started to feel better yesterday! Cold, and upper respiratory system okay now. Well return to the gym probably Tuesday.

    Gained weight, ate to much Christmas eve, and Christmas day. To much chocolate, turkey, deserts lol. But that is okay, this only happens once a year.

    Totally surprised about this weeks loss. I guess it has evened out from last weeks no loss.

    Successes: After slipping quite a bit around Christmas including no tracking for a couple days, I am back at it and focused.
    Struggles this week: Emotions of the season with recovering for the loss of a loved one for the 2nd Christmas in a row, high work stress and activity. I need to keep my head in the game and track no matter what and keep moving.
