Does anybody know nice kickbox/taekwondo based workouts?

I really hate traditional workouts and i find these to be a fun way of exercising, but i don't know many. Preferably under an hour, because my physical condition is trash.

Thanks in advance.

There were several videos when I was kid you can find em at best buy or the like I think even beach body has one. Or take a class Groupon usually has several for schools in your area if nothing else you'll learn proper form in those.

Thanks! I already know proper form though, it's that i quit my taekwondo classes (although i'm picking them back up after my holiday break). I just need someone to guide me through it :).

You more than likely had exercise routines in class. If I do my own workout on a bag, I basically just go through what I teach others in class. Jabs, crosses, uppercuts, hooks mixed in with knee strikes, round houses, back kicks, side kicks and elbow strikes. You can only kick and punch so many ways, that's why there's so much repetition so that one improves on their quality and form on a kick or punch.

They aren't technical/traditional workouts, but I love Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire.

Personally I would say go find a dojo and join. You will get a lot more out of it.

I used Jillian Michael's kickboxing DVD along w toga booty ballet (mix of yoga/light cardio/ballet strength) for a whole year. Lost weight didn't even join a gym.

I don't know if this is your speed, but I have a video called Budokon, which combines yoga and kickboxing into a workout session. I love it.

Check out videos on YouTube. I decide which martial arts I want to do that day and search for a video. There's a lot of very nice ones. If you get a chromecast, you can watch these videos on your tv so you can see what they're doing better.
