low cal/fat healthy ways to eat salsa!?
Okay i know that fresh salsa is the way to go for a healthy snack and i put it on practically every meal
but when i dont have time for a meal or when i just want salsa (not a salad with salsa as dressing, or the whole taco, etc) how should i eat it? i mean i know most chips have so much fat and salt and i was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a chip or cracker or anything i can dip my salsa with ?? thanks!

Last week I made some awesome baked tortilla chips. I used whole wheat tortillas (cut up) and sprayed them with veg. oil spray (like Pam). Then, I baked them at 375 for about 10-15 minutes. Just keep an eye on them. You could lightly salt them, too. Now, they weren't as good as the fried kind, but they were pretty good and very crispy.0

Lay's makes baked tortilla chips - they aren't the same, but still pretty tasty with some salsa!0

I eat the "garden of eatin'" brand organic blue corn tortilla chips, the no salt added ones have only 10mg of sodium per serving and I think 140 calories. I know it's not really low calorie, but I love them with salsa and anytime I can cut the sodium on stuff I'm all for that!0
