At what point do you stop tracking on one day and move onto the next?

Do you start from your set bedtime? midnight? or when you finally get to bed for the night?
For example, you eat a banana at 1am, but you haven't gone to bed yet. Does that go into the new day?

In the grand scheme of things it's irrelevant. Focus on a weekly average of calories. Your body doesn't just turn on and off like that.
It doesn't matter if you're over 300 calories one day and under 300 calories the next. The overall net was your maintenance.

Just asking out of curiosity, cause I usually start new from midnight, but it seems kind of weird, like the previous day hasn't finished. I feel like you should start tracking from breakfast onwards for the new day.0
