Congrats to Kimmeyjo for the most weight lost in the first week.
Was I really the one who lost the most weight this week? I wasn't able to view the spreedsheet the other day. If I was, then thats great! I worked really hard. If I can do it, then anybody can do it. Keep it up everyone. We are all doing great!

Due to the fact we start week 2 tomorrow. I have deleted everyone that I have not got both beginning weights and week 1 weights for. If you have questions email me. We as a group have lost 204.91 and have a total of 103 participants. Way to go everyone.0

Hi all
173.2 today so a loss of .4lbs since last week.
Not been at the gym properly for past couple of weeks......hoping today can be a fresh start and I can get going at least a few times a week again.....feel sluggish when I've not been for a while x0 -
