So far my best jerky has been Sriracha-lime lamb jerky. The only problem is it doesn't last. I think the last batch was gobbled up in about 2 days.

Bumping this up because I just did a really quick attempt at chicken jery and am interested in what people have done!

I sometimes make Singapore Pork Jerky (Bak Kwa - made with ground pork) in the oven and it always turns out wonderful. Many variant recipes on Google and even on you-tube to see how it's made. Cheap to make too.

oMG this is just about one of my favourite treats. It's crazy expensive to buy though. You mean I can make a variation reasonably easily?? How bad are the calories though? The ones I have bought are always dripping in grease.

@stephenrhinton has made a delicious-sounding diabetic-friendly jerky. I bet he has a few ideas, as do a few other diabetics in our little group.
