Hi! I am early 40s female and really enjoy crosstraining. I am active but feel like I'm bulking up a bit because of my not-so-great food choices. Anyone Ina similar boat? I'd love to talk strategy to become less bulky more toned.

My unprofessional opinion is to stay the course with your exercise and work on your food choices. Once you get those in line, youll be more likely to lose fat and get the toned look you want.

Thx mrp - This is my plan. Have you been using myfitnesspal for a while?

I'm also into circuit type workouts. Like others said it's diet. The cleaner I eat the leaner I look. I'll be glad when the holidays are officially over so I can stop bulking! Lol.
