Official 50 - 99 lbs to lose thread...under 100 lbs to go!

Hello everyone! I just hit under 100 lbs to go! Very exciting! I'm now at 35 lbs lost, 99 to go! I was in the 100+ weight loss group but now I think that I'm under 100 lbs I have graduated!
You up for the ride? I hope so!

I'm joining here too. I only had 50 to lose but have only lost 10 of it so far and I'm a bit 'stalled.'
trying not to get discouraged though. 10lbs lost feels great. But need a bit of help getting the other 40 kickstarted!
Eating the "this is why you're fat and how to get thin forever' way (book by Jackie Warner) - eating healthy, quit drinking and now just trying to kick sweets (sugar, sugar substitutes and all those hidden corn-syrup type grossitites). Hope that helps.
Company is doing the GCC walking challenge (stepping 10k-20k a day), working out, drinking tons of water.
Still clinging to caffeine in the morning and haven't given up salt yet (please God don't make me).
WHAT MORE do i have to do?
Any other good tricks?0 -

I would say trying to stay under or around 1300 cals a day will get you there, or rather get us all there.0 -

Im in the same boat as well! Its going well day by day and combining it with a supportive husband, a VERY understanding Executive Chef that I work for, and management to help... Im officially in the 50-99 category and VERY happy thus far!0

40 lbs. to go here...
Now that I'm coming off the prednisone, the water weight is dropping QUICK! If I can only curb this drug-induced appetite that's comparable to that of a friggin' buffalo, we'll be okay. :-)
