Hey guys any of you weight lifters out there or Bodybuilders no a good chest routine? Also does anyone workout the same body part more than once a week? I've been doing a 4 day split and that's only one body part per week.

The best chest routine I've personally tried is Arnold's Blueprint (just google that). It KILLS your chest. As far as same body part more than once a week, I have been squatting everyday now for 86 days now and frequently use a push/pull/legs routine. My favorite PPL routine is from here (https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/6-day-powerbuilding-split-meal-plan) I usually throw a day off in the middle of the 3 day splits.0 -
