Day 2 Woo's Journey for a healthy weight

I weighed myself and hadn't weigh myself in months. So disappointed that I gained 9 lbs during the holiday. I am going to take it one day a time to loose 1 lb a week so goal is loose 40 lbs total. Did my 30 minutes Slim6 workout and 6 minutes ab workout.Also plan to run 30 minutes this afternoon when my husband come home from work so he can watch my baby and focus on staying on my calories limits.

    Having a plan is a great thing. Don't try to do too much at once so you won't get burned out. Best of luck to you on your journey - I gained 6 pounds over a week and a half, so I feel ya.

    Thanks...yeah I think I stick with one workout per day for now since I have a busy schedules

    Remember that exercise is for fitness and health. If your calorie intake is at maintenance or surplus, weight loss won't happen. Focus more on how much you're consuming rather than how much you exercise.
