Losing 25 pounds and need some motivated friends

I am starting my journey this morning with a 2 mile walk and logging of everything that hits my mouth. Would love to have some dedicated friends to keep my motivation flowing

    I'm in. I have 25 lbs to lose. I started yesterday because I didn't want to be uncomfortable for one more day. Gosh the first few days/week is so hard.
