Clean 9 Cleanse - fact or fiction?

A friend of mine completed the 9 day weight management plan with Clean 9 & Forever FIT.
She claims it's brilliant and she lost 11lbs.
Obviously you will lose weight seen as all you're doing is drinking aloe Vera water and taking pills but is it a good way to start your healthy living process or is it just a waste of time and money (over £100)!
What are your guys thoughts?

There's nothing she cleansed from her body that her liver and kidneys wouldn't have done already. And the vast majority of that loss was water weight, which probably returned when she went back to eating normally.0

Better idea: Eat kale salads and drink water to start your diet.0
