The easiest exercise for most people to start with is walking. Here's one treadmill walking plan that I've used in the past: https://www.t-nation.com/training/get-ripped-get-walking0

These 4 to 15-minute circuits can help get you into shape:
Circuit One 4x10
squats
push-ups
pull-ups
Sit-ups
Bridges
Circuit Two 4x10
Static lunges
RKC Planks (hold as long as you can)
Step-ups
Pull-ups
Complete 4 sets of 6-10 reps (4x6-10). Try to beat your time without sacrificing form.
When it gets easier, add weights or change to a more advanced form.
You can begin with easier forms like chair squats, elevated push-ups and suspension rows.
Later you can advance to harder forms like pistol squats and floor push-ups.
These short routines can really help you get fit. And, since each routine is short, you will be done before you can talk yourself out of it.
