Use Exercise Calories?

I'm a little fuzzy on this because WW said, don't use these calories... the food diary kinda implies that you should but I don't want to exercise just to use all the calories I just worked so hard for. So do I stick with my 1200 calories even when I run or exercise or do I eat some or all of the extra calories? Thanks!

What Carpar1 said sums it up in my book. If you're hungry, go ahead and eat. If not, don't sweat it.0

I personally try to keep with my 1200 calorie but If my body tells me I need more calories then I'll go over by a few. Nothing that exercise won't help keep off. My best tool has Been myfitness mobile. (damn I sound like a commercial lmao)0
