    Start Weight: 13st 8.5lbs / 190.5lbs. Updated 01/01/16: 1.5lbs heavier than expected.
    Goal Weight: as I tend to average out loss at .5lb a week, will go with 2.25lbs - 13st 5.25lbs / 188.25lbs. Updated 01/01/16: see above.

    Successes/struggles this week: I can foresee a struggle to not go for the Christmas/New Years leftovers : chocolate, desserts full of cream and all things delicious and all that. Motivations to re-start running despite the awful weather... But I will lose those 37lbs this year! Comes Dec 31st I will be at 130lbs dang it!

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been very sick with the flu for about a week, which makes it difficult for me to work out... And the last month was a big challenge with all the celebrations, preparations for celebrations, and stressful work environment, which combined to make it difficult for me to exercise as much as I wanted and to weaken my ability to plan meals and eat well. Lots of stress eating! Then holiday eating... I'm pleased that I only gained a quarter of a pound! Back on track now, though still very sick. Hoping to kick it soon.
